How we execute your order

For Organization

  1. Fill in the registration form and submit your document to SIGMA on uploading page.
  2. SIGMA will issue the quotation and send to you according to the given information
  3. Consider and confirm by authorized person and responding via e-mail or Fax to SIGMA
  4. When work is completed, SIGMA will issue Invoice and sample page.
  5. Complete the transferring
  6. Submit finished work
  7. SIGMA issue the receipt

For Individual

  1. Fill in the registration form and submit your document to SIGMA on uploading page.
  2. SIGMA will issue the quotation and send to you according to the given information
  3. Confirm and response back to SIGMA via e-mail or Fax
  4. You are required to pay a half deposit of total price before work commences.
  5. When work is completed, SIGMA will send the sample page.
  6. Complete the transferring
  7. Submit finished work
